Migration is the scariest part of changing software, and the biggest hidden cost. Member records, card tokens, class history and outstanding packs all need to import cleanly, ideally without asking members to re-enter payment details. Ask any vendor how they handle import and whether they move payment tokens, because a rough migration can undo the savings of a cheaper tool.
